The report summarizes a two-year grand jury investigation into their behavior in Georgia in 2020.
The grand jury's suspicion that some witnesses lied to the panel during their depositions is stated in the document.
The opening and final paragraphs of the report were also made public.
The report, which was presented to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney on Thursday, stated that "a majority of the Grand Jury believes that perjury may have been committed by one or more of the witnesses testifying before it.".
Additionally, the grand jury advised that the county's district attorney "seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling".
No formal charges have been filed against Mr. Trump or any of his associates as of yet.
Although it cannot indict people, the special grand jury can suggest charges be filed.
